Job Competencies
Education
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience
Experience of working in Customer Service industry and handling call.
Knowledge
· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.
· Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people.
Language
· Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
Or
· Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish fluently.
Or
· Must be able to read, write and speak French fluently.
